How To Order

1.Simply send an email to:

with:

• Name

• Contact no.

• Item code and name

• Item color (if any)

• Quantity

• Payment method (POSB or UOB)

• Shipping method (normal shipping OR registered mail)

• Shipping address

(type: "myorder" on the subject line)

2. Upon receiving your order, "confirmation order" email will be sent to you with bank account details.

3. Please make your payment within 2 days after you have received confirmation email from us. Items are reserved for 2 days only. Otherwise order will be cancelled.

4. Do reply on "confirmation order" email you received to notify that payment has been made.

(Please take note that orders are processed only upon receipt of payment.)

Payment Methods

• We accept payments through Internet banking or ATM transfer to POSB, UOB accounts.

• All price are in SGD.

• Please email us once you have made the payment.

Shipping/Delivery

• Your order will be sent out within 2-3 working day after payment is received.

(Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday are not working days).

• FREE Normal Mailing for local shoppers

We will not be responsible for any damage or lost parcel through Normal Mailing so Registered Mail is highly recommended.

• Registered mail per package SGD3.00 for local delivery.

We strongly advise shoppers to go for Registered Mail.

Because of differences in computer monitors & lighting issue, the color & design of the actual products might be a bit different from the pictures, therefore exchanges are not allowed if any color differences between actual product & one that shown in pictures.

• Any items sold are not refundable nor exchangeable unless item ordered out of stocks.

Exchange policy

• Exchanges are only for Prominent manufacturer's defects. Postage charges for exchange to be borne by buyer.

• Exchanges items must be received within 1 week from the date of despatch of your order.
